Q: How many guests can I have at my event?

A: The Ballroom can host up to 175 people.

 

Q: Do you offer in house catering?

A: We do not offer any in house catering but have an onsite prep kitchen and a list of preferred caterers. All food has to be prepared offsite and brought in hot.


Q: Am I required to hire an event coordinator?

A: It is strongly recommended to hire a coordinator in order to have your event run smoothly.

Q: Who provides alcohol for events?

A: Cruwood has a full Class C liquor license and ready to provide full exclusive service to your guests.

Q: Do you provide tables and chairs?

A: Yes, we provide reception tables and chairs as well as ceremony chairs for up to 175 guests.

Q: Do you provide a space for both parties to get ready?

A: YES! We have two separate spaces for both parties to get ready with full private amenities.

Q: When do you plan to open?

A: Construction is set to be complete August 2026. We are ready to take bookings beyond then!

Q: Are the accommodations to stay over night?

A: No, there is currently not the availability for over night stays.

Q: Do you have an indoor ceremony location?

A: We do not have a designated ceremony location. Both the ceremony and reception would be in the the ballroom space for up to 90 guests. You could also have an off site ceremony.
